FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All our items are lovingly packaged to ship to you but sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please get in touch within 7 working days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help and offer a replacement or refund.

Proof of damage to the packaging and item, for example a photograph of the damage, may be required for our couriers. Upon return of the item the full price of goods will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the goods.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

We really want you to be delighted with your The Itihāas Company purchase, and if for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied we are here to help!

You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been processed. If you do wish to cancel your order, The Itihāas Company must be notified by email on hello@divinesavages.com

If you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it to us.

Customers wishing to return items must notify The Itihāas Company in writing via email hello@divinesavages.com and request our returns form

We can only accept returns if the product is in the original packaging and undamaged.

Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. We suggest using a tracked and insured service.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned order safely, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

**SALE ITEMS, PERSONALISED OR BESPOKE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE - THIS INCLUDES ALL FABRIC (PRINTED & CUT TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS).
